Enter to Win Our 2009 Raffle!
It is hard to keep a smile on your face during these tough economic times. IFDH has been particularly hard hit this year by the financial crisis. That's why it is more important than ever to support IFDH's DDS (Donated Dental Services) program. Volunteering to bring smiles to elderly and disabled Illinois residents is a rewarding way to give back to the community. We realize that many of you already donate your valuable time to us but we hope you will still consider participating in the 2009 Giving Back Smiles raffle. This year's fundraising effort is vital if we are to continue to meet demand for services in the midst of this recession. Besides the opportunity to help a worthy cause, the purchase of each tax-deductable $100 raffle ticket gives you a chance at winning cash prizes, totaling $4,500.

To enter the raffle, simply fill out and mail your ticket stub along with a check payable to "IFDH" to the address on the back of your ticket. Entries must be post-marked by September 14 in order to give us time to collect all the tickets before the drawing, which will be held at the next IFDH meeting following the deadline. If you haven't received a ticket and would like one mailed to you, please call (847) 637-5322. If you prefer, you may purchase a raffle ticket online through PayPal (see link below) and your ticket stub will be mailed to you immediately afterwards.
